Delivery
HEARTLESS ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 5-10 working days. Rest of the world: 15-25 business days.
HEARTLESS will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment for the order, please send an email to heartlessbybia@gmail.com informing us of what happened. After this period, HEARTLESS cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
Delivery is considered to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
