Exchanges and Returns
The customer may return the ordered products 14 days after receipt, provided that:
- The products have not been used.
- Products keep their labels intact.
- The products are complete. All material that
accompanying orders must be returned.
The customer must request the return of the order via email at heartlessbybia@gmail.com indicating the items to be returned and the order number.
The cost of both exchange and return is borne by the customer, and in the event of a return, HEARTLESS will not reimburse the costs related to postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
Once the returned product has been received, HEARTLESS will analyze and confirm its condition and, where applicable, will refund the amount paid for the item within a maximum period of 15 days at no expense to the user.
If you wish to return one or more items, you can request a refund using the same payment method.
If the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, HEARTLESS reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
